Who we are
Want to contribute? We’d love your support.
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
Here are ways you can be a part of making a difference in the lives of people who struggle with their mental health:
Share this page with your friends.
Share your story of healing and hope on chat/forum/whatever
It costs money to pay for web hosting and the web services we use (especially since we don’t use the free tools that sell your data)
It also costs people’s time, and money is good motivation to keep going.
Can be one time or monthly.
Are you a designer or developer? Or learning to become one? Making simple and beautiful tools takes technical skill, and we want to have the best. We build using git version control, so our workflows can be collaborative. Very easy to contribute.
We want the resources we have to be the best. If there’s copy that can be better, if their are guides that can be written, if there are images that we should have… and you can make it… then please let us know!
Mental Health Activity Ideas
Everyone is different, your needs could be unique. We're not here to tell you what to do or give you lifestyle tips.
This is just an outline of a few ideas that work for some people. Even if it's just a 1% boost in mood.
🤸 Move Your Body
This doesn't need to be exercise. Just move so that you get your blood flowing and some awareness of your breath.
